Jungle Bay “Eco-Village” is a unique shared vacation ownership (or Vacation Club) concept that combines the desires for luxury and comfort with the quest for harmony with the natural environment that contributes to the sustainable development of the host community. “Eco-Village” partners are entitled to luxury accommodation & breakfast in a Jungle Bay cottage for one week each year through a 10 year span. Instead of incurring the huge cost of purchasing and maintaining a fixed vacation home “Eco-Village” allows investors to share the investment costs, maintenance and use of a vacation home at Jungle Bay.

A unique feature of Jungle Bay’s “Eco-Village” program is that it operates on a floating week floating unit basis so “Eco-Village” partners are not locked into a specific week of the year. The annual maintenance cost is low and fixed which ensures price stability. “Eco-Village” weeks can be banked internally and used for two weeks every other year. The investment can also be transferred or resold.

Jungle Bay “Eco-Village” is an affiliate of Interval International (II), a vacation ownership membership organization which represents a pool of over 2,700 affiliated quality hotels in 75 countries. II affiliation allows “Eco-Village” partners to exchange a week at Jungle Bay Resort and Spa for a stay in another of II's exotic world-class eco-destinations of their choice.
