By making a reservation you agree to the terms of use and authorize Jungle Bay Dominica (AyAy Holdings Caribbean Ltd) to charge your credit card in order to secure your reservation
Payments
For bookings of 3 nights or more, a deposit equal to 35% is required to guarantee your stay. The full balance is due during your stay
For bookings of up to 2 nights, full pre-payment is required to guarantee your stay
Payment is accepted via Visa and Mastercard
Cancellations
For cancellations made 14 * days or more prior to the stay, the deposit may be applied towards a future stay within a 12-month period
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 * days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited
* Special conditions apply for peak seasons
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival for stays from December 19 to January 4, Easter, or during the Creole Festival end of October/beginning of November, the total amount of the stay booked will be due
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (on or after arrival date), the total amount of the stay booked will be charged
