Dominica Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program

Jungle Bay is a government-approved real estate development under Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program. Qualified investors can obtain Dominican citizenship through an approved real estate investment and owning a luxury EcoVilla at Jungle Bay.

 Located on Dominica’s southwest coast in Morne Acouma, Soufrière, Jungle Bay is an eco-friendly, boutique resort renowned for its sustainable design, rainforest and ocean views, and emphasis on wellness, yoga, luxury nature experiences, diving, and high-end hospitality.

How the Jungle Bay Real Estate Investment Works

Minimum Investment & Eligibility
• Investment amount: From USD $255,000
• Price includes closing costs and deed registration
• Meets the minimum real estate requirement under Dominica’s CBI Program

Deeded Real Estate Ownership
• Each EcoVilla is sold with a separate, recorded title/deed
• Investors own both the land and the villa

Rental Income & Resort Management
EcoVillas are professionally managed and operated as part of Jungle Bay’s resort accommodation inventory. Owners enter into a management agreement with the resort.

Revenue Distribution
• 30% – Distributed to EcoVilla owners
• 40% – Maintenance, repairs, and insurance
• 30% – Resort operator (management and marketing)

Rental income is pooled and shared equally among all villa owners to ensure consistent returns regardless of individual unit occupancy.
